Payment, Cancellation, Refund, and Allergy Policy
Payment Policy
Standard Orders
All standard orders and color orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders
Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will not incur a cancellation fee.

Custom orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will not incur a cancellation fee.
If a custom order is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, the customer forfeits their 50% deposit.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only if Jasberries has not purchased supplies for the order and has not begun preparation of the customer's order.
Once supplies have been purchased or production has started, refunds will not be available.
Allergy Disclaimer
Jasberries products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

Our chocolate-covered strawberries are made using ingredients that may contain dairy and soy products. We also use coconut oil in the preparation of certain products.
